Speaking on the show, Joshua Asiegbunam who with his twin brother, David, gave birth to the event, said:
“The idea behind the fashion show was the need to tell our teenagers that you can dress fashionably and still be Godly and modest.
Our vision was to let young people know that they can promote beauty and decency by dressing to the glory of God. It is a brainchild of the Next Generation Church of the City of David Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
We had the dream of promoting entrepreneurship as everything is done by the teenagers of the Ministry from the designers, models, graphic artists, photographers and videographers.
We have budding models and designers among us and we have created a platform where they can showcase their God-given talents. We also train the models and designers on how to harness their budding talents.”
